Our programs are based in some of the most exotic and inspiring locations on earth. The activities our travelers engage in are exciting and awe-inspiring. Our volunteer projects are equally rewarding, challenging and meaningful. Yet without the care and attention of our passionate and dynamic trip leaders, our trips would never be the amazing experiences that they are.
Our ideal trip leaders are safety-conscious, mature, dedicated individuals who have traveled extensively and wish to share this passion with our travelers. Undoubtedly, the role of a Triskallian Tours trip leader is challenging, but the rewards are certainly worth it.
Beyond sharing a passion for traveling and the experiences that accompany such travel, our leaders must be able to be simultaneously responsible, caring, inspiring, engaging, and most of all friends.
Ideal candidates will possess several of the following qualities:
- Significant volunteer experience both abroad and at home.
- Extensive experience living and traveling throughout the developing world.
- Language proficiency relevant to the program area.
- Experience working with teenagers.
- CPR, First Aid and Wilderness First Responder Certification.
- Ability to foster group dynamics and chemistry while creating a nurturing, safe environment for each one of our travelers.
- Outdoor activity experience relevant to the program area.
